As a key member of our support team, you'll be the first line of communication for users reaching out. You'll handle email-based inquiries related to missing rewards, eligibility questions, and general app support. Your mission? Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate responses-140-180 emails per day-while helping us improve the user experience.
