Your responsibilities will include: * Answering incoming customer calls and assisting with account information * Processing applications and payments over the phone * Updating and managing customer account details * Documenting customer concerns, resolving issues, and following up via email and mail * Performing account maintenance (updates, adjustments, statement requests) * Generating daily activity and cash-out reports * Clearly explaining terms, policies, and procedures to customers * Skills & Experience* *Required:* * Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) * Positive, professional demeanor * At least 1 year of customer service experience (Call center experience is a plus, but not required) * Reliable transportation or access to public transit * Strong attendance and punctuality * High School Diploma or GED (must provide proof) *Top Skills:* Customer Service | Data Entry | Call Handling | Microsoft Office | Communication | Problem Solving | Multitasking * Experience Level* Entry-Level - Perfect for those looking to build their customer service career with a trusted company. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
