*Location: *Onsite in San Diego, CA 92131 (right off of I-15) *Schedule: *Full-Time | Must be available 7 days/week between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM (set schedule assigned) *Type: *Contract-to-Hire | Opportunity for Growth About the Role Join a dynamic team as a *Customer Service Representative* in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll handle inbound and follow-up calls, assist with prior authorizations, and provide top-tier service while managing confidential information with accuracy and care. Key Responsibilities * Handle 50-100 inbound and follow-up calls daily (volume varies by complexity) * Provide accurate information and support on prior authorizations and general inquiries * Maintain high attention to detail while entering data across multiple systems * Ensure quality and accuracy in every customer interaction * Use multiple programs to track and update customer communications Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years) * Typing speed of at least 30 WPM * Strong computer literacy and multitasking skills * High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills * Excellent communication and telephone etiquette * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Training & Schedule * Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM for the first 4 weeks * Schedule: must be available 7 days a week from 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM (you will have a set schedule assigned within those hours) * Shift Bids: Assigned based on training performance * Mandatory Overtime: January and February Why Apply? * Opportunity to work with a privately held company that promotes from within * Career growth: Promotions from within, including Tier 2 Agent, along with eligibility to apply for long-term opportunities in Quality, Client Admin, Workforce, IT, and more * Extensive training in pharmacy benefit management * Access to benefits upon full time conversion: tuition reimbursement, bonuses, travel discounts, and more * Many contractors have transitioned to permanent roles and leadership positions *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
