This area draws up individual contracts for our customers. This process uses about 5-6 different systems and is very complex due to product costs. Someone is REQUIRED to have contracts management expertise for this role in order to set up an interview. *Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:* * *Requirements Gathering:* Work with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * *Process Analysis:* Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * *Solution Design:* Collaborate with IT teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, including the development of functional specifications and user stories. * *Stakeholder Management:* Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that their needs are understood, expectations are managed, and they are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle. * *Documentation:* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials. *Project Support:* Provide ongoing support to project teams, including tracking progress, managing issues, and ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope. Major Responsibilities and Duties: Translate business needs into technical requirements Accountable for documentation creation including, but not limited to, user requirements, user stories, functional and technical specifications, process flow diagrams, project charters, test plans and test scripts, and training documentation Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process refinement, user story collaboration, and risk identification Manage cross functional stakeholder relationships Participate in data migration activities to ensure business needs are met by data standards and data quality efforts are successful Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources to reconcile / resolve potential conflicts Work to decompose high-level information into details; and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs Coordinate communication within the project for topics discovered impacting the scope, budget, risk and resources of the business requirements and testing work efforts *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
