The Role

Responsible for maintaining and executing processes to support coach membership program and related products, including membership platform configuration, payment facilitation, digital member benefits/rewards fulfillment, program partner data sharing, and digital experience

    Partner with Coaching Business, Member Products and Engagement to prepare for new coaching product and feature launches and ensure related processes are documented
  • Manage USTA Coaching member data and profiles and serve as co-administrator of membership platform under Senior Manager, Membership Operations
  • Work with Coaching Business and Digital to troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc issues that impact member experience
  • Support Senior Manager in completing user acceptance testing for new digital products, features and releases alongside the business unit
  • Participate in contact center training documentation related to coach membership processes; serve as point of escalation for coach membership related customer care requests
  • Coordinate with Coaching Business and Marketing in planning in person US Open Membership Booth activations as needed
  • Execute additional projects and duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, Membership Operations or Director, Membership
Who You are
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2 Years of experience in project management or operations
  • Proficient Personal Computer (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point) skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in matrix environments.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" in Purchase NY and may allow for both remote and on-site work. Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time. Please consult HR for the most current policy.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is 50,000 - $60,000 and overtime eligible. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
