"I can succeed as a Process Design & Optimization Lead at Capital Group." Capital Group's Enterprise Change Office (ECO) is made up of 140+ dedicated initiative delivery and practice experts that lead initiatives by business domain including Product, Sales and Marketing, Global Business Services, Investment Operations, and Information Technology.As a Process Design & Optimization (PD&O) Lead, you will contribute to the delivery of our business transformation programs. You will independently lead small-medium complexity PD&O efforts through the full life cycle with guidance from senior management across Capital Group to increase scale and efficiency. Through your knowledge of transformation leadership and process optimization you will drive scale in Capital's key operational processes. You are a trusted advisor and talented communicator to key customers and stakeholders. You drive decision-making through your ability to manage and align stakeholder expectations. You maximize value by developing and facilitating a consultative engagement approach to your initiatives, including benefits realization, governance structures, change management, and ECO practice engagement. Please note, this role does require you to work in the office four days a week, Monday-Thursday. "I am the person Capital Group is looking for."

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
