The IT Solutions Lead plays a critical role in aligning technology solutions with business strategy across North America, with a focus on pricing, contracts, market access and revenue management systems. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, global IT teams, and vendors to design, deliver, and optimize integrated solutions that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and business value.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and ownership mindset to guide the end-to-end solution lifecycle from ideation through implementation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Drive the design, development, and deployment of IT solutions supporting pricing, contracting, market access and revenue management business functions by ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards. Serve as both the functional and technical owner for systems such as Model N, and other platforms managing application lifecycle, performance, and issue resolution. Act as the product owner for key applications by owning the roadmap, backlog, and prioritization, and translating business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements. Engage and manage third-party vendors by overseeing performance, ensuring contractual compliance, and coordinating solution design, implementation, and support activities. Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal business stakeholders by proactively understanding their goals, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions that drive measurable value. Take initiative in shaping strategic conversations with business partners, offering insights and recommendations that influence decision-making and long-term planning. Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams by promoting transparency, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring shared understanding of priorities and outcomes. Provide subject matter expertise across pricing and revenue management processes by guiding architectural decisions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting compliance and audit readiness. Identify and implement process and system enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience, while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Manage cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and communications, and supporting testing, validation, and change management to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications
A minimum of bachelor's degree in information systems or related field is required (Master's preferred). 10+ years of IT experience, including: 10+ years in business analysis and requirements gathering. 5+ years of technical and functional expertise in Model N FLEX is required. 5+ years in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. 5+ years supporting contract administration, chargebacks, rebates, Medicaid, and government reporting. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (preferred). Proven experience in: Driving collaboration across cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment to deliver complex solutions. Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including authoring detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Leading end-to-end system implementations, including planning, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Applying Agile and full-lifecycle software development methodologies to deliver iterative, high-impact solutions. Managing vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals, and overseeing successful delivery of outsourced services. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. PMP certification preferred.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $193,000.00 USD.
