Role and responsibilities:

• Ensure system reliability - getting systems back to steady-state as quickly as possible
• Automate wherever possible - reduce toil
• Configure monitoring and logging of systems in order to obtain better visibility
• Help design processes that automatically evaluate system SLA
• Be proactive, identify and remediate issues before SLAs are violated
• Tool-agnostic and approach-centric
• Driving better cross-team collaboration - work with Product development team, DevOps group and Operations

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $120K to $130K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
