This Position reports to:

Customer Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization.
  • Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
  • Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
  • Enable and coach employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/ stakeholder point of view.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
  • The ideal candidate should have at least a basic knowledge of 2 of the following principles and should be able to elaborate on the concepts: 5S, 8D Reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Ability to lead a team and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Great communication skills and diplomacy to deal with our customers.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.
