We are currently seeking aLead Process Engineerto join our team onsite in Blacksburg, VA. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager.

As a Lead Process Engineer, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate process improvement initiatives across the organization.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities.

  • Contribute to future-state value stream planning and strategic initiative execution.

  • Apply a risk-based approach to proactively mitigate issues and drive continuous improvement.

  • Oversee both internal operations and external offshore contract processes to ensure alignment and efficiency.

To be considered for Lead Process Engineer, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • 5 years of experience leading projects or continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.

Salary Range Transparency:

Blacksburg, VA $90,000.00-$120,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
