Our Modern, Flexible Workplace: Summary of the Job: About This Role: Growing SMB & Consumer Customers: Grow and advise SMB and consumer customers beyond the traditional branch banking environment
Manages Banking Outreach Team & Performance: Lead a high-performance team to grow, advise, and retain emerging growth customers through understanding and addressing their financial needs
Advance Banking Capabilities: Manage the roadmap to continuously improve capabilities (product, data, digital, training, marketing, ops) that improve the customer and employee experience (initial focus Limited English Proficiency)
Management Oversight
Community Partnerships: Work with IMPACT team to strategically partner with key community organizations to promote access to FNBO advisors, financial resources, and access to banking services with a focus on growing core customers
Financial Education & Events: Plan and manage efforts to facilitate workshops and events that educate potential customers about financial topics (growing / managing SMBs, budgeting, saving, investing, credit mgmt., financial planning) The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Qualifications
Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $95,857.00-$162,957.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
