- The Engineer will provide technical support to production to overcome daily challenges.
- The engineer will also use procedures and instructions to initiate the analysis process when product failure occurs.
- Investigated and researched root causes with analysis documented, recorded, communicated internally, and provided solutions.
- The engineer may contact the Client Company for any quality escalations.
- Responsible for first-level failure analysis on Customer Products.
- Help the Team set up the repair line, including Tools and ESD grounding.
- Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems.
- Needs communication with the local and overseas team via emails and conference calls.
- Prepare parts and components for the Factory team's second-level failure analysis.
- Work inside the customer lab.
- Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture.
- Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
- Maintains and strengthens internal, external customer, and supplier relationships.
- Communicates and works well with all business partners.
- Ensures inventory management and merchandise allocation flow product through the warehouse cost-efficiently and productively.
- Design and develop new products or improve existing ones using CAD.
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing to validate designs.
- Work with planners and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors on material selection, component sourcing, and solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience troubleshooting production issues and testing reliability.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and maintaining BOMs, specifications, assembly instructions, user manuals, and technical guides.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience analyzing product failures and implementing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with PLM/PDM systems (Windchill, Agile).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Have appropriate knowledge of the various systems, including but not limited to Windows, Android, CMD, and Linux tools, and procedures used in Production for Repair and failure analysis.
- Skilled in communication, problem solving, and applying experience and expertise.
