As part of the Segment Marketing team, this role supports the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives for the Strategic Wealth Business, focusing on emerging growth opportunities with key client segments, including independent financial advisors and insurance agents.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist in delivering targeted marketing initiatives across digital, email, and web platforms. This role involves coordinating content-driven marketing activities, campaign tracking, webinar support and internal communications to ensure timely and effective outreach to designated market segments.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated to drive and support the development of personalized, ongoing marketing initiatives that build loyalty and strengthen partnerships with key audiences. Responsibilities include managing multi-channel campaigns, creating tailored content, supporting advisor and partner engagement, and maintaining communication platforms to enhance client relationships and drive business outcomes. It requires coordination with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, and proficiency in project management.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in executing marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth through the development and distribution of marketing collateral, web content, brochures, direct mail, email campaigns, newsletters, events, and other sales tools.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns such as editing and creating marketing materials, updating webpages, drafting emails and working with compliance for approvals.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to develop and update segment-specific materials for distribution across various platforms
  • Build customized materials and messaging tailored for strategic partners
  • Support ad-hoc internal and external communications
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team and business partners on campaigns and initiatives
  • Ensure timely communication, coordination, and support for relationship-focused webinars, including invitations, presentation materials, recordings, follow-up emails, registration setup, and live hosting.
  • Liaise with compliance, sales, external agency partners, legal, tax, and NYL corporate teams to ensure deliverables are met in adherence to brand and regulatory guidelines

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3-5 years marketing experience with investment/finance knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated individual who can adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Experience with cross-department collaboration is required
  • Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Wrike, Seismic, Tableau, Eloqua/Engage is a plus
  • Interest or experience in investment/financial services; experience with a brokerage, bank, investment manager, consultant, insurer is preferred

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$85,000-$110,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
