Position Details Location: Hibbing, MN Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Option 1: Rotating Schedule - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (alternating weeks) Shift Option 2: 10 PM - 6 AM \| Sunday - Thursday Key Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers and other machine tools Operate and maintain lathes, drill presses, milling machines, grinders, Hyd-Mech automatic band saw, and turret lathes Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings Ensure precision, quality, and accuracy of fabricated parts per job specs Support Research & Development projects as needed Troubleshoot production issues and report concerns to supervisors Maintain a safe and clean work environment following all company protocols Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 5 years of machining experience Strong blueprint reading skills Hands-on experience with manual mills, CNC machines, drill presses, band saws, and lathes CNC programming and operating experience required Employee Benefits: Competitive Pay with Opportunities for Overtime Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Programs Uniform Allowance + Company-Provided Tools & Supplies Career Development & Growth Opportunities Ready to take control of your career?
