The Department of Psychological Science at the University of North Carolina Charlotte invites applications for a part-time adjunct position, to begin August, 2025. The position will involve teaching undergraduate,
face-to-face (traditional or hybrid) courses in psychology, specifically Research Methods I.
The following are also preferred: familiarity with undergraduate Psychology curriculum; familiarity with online course technology and learning management systems (Canvas); expertise in research methods. |
Duties and Responsibilities |
UNC Charlotte is accepting applications for adjunct or part-time faculty. These positions are temporary and usually involve teaching a particular course or courses for a particular semester. These positions are temporary and do not accrue benefits.
Responsibilities could include: Developing and/or updating course syllabus, preparation of lectures, projects, or other student assignments, meeting all designated class periods, maintaining regularly scheduled office hours, grading student assignments and exams in a timely manner, submitting completed mid-semester progress reports and final grades according to University regulations.
