Inside the Role

As the DCNA Driver Trainer and Vehicle Handover Specialist, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the utilization of the Tourrider platforms and vehicle functions as well as effective and efficient use of the vehicle, and its safety systems. You will need the skill to be able to convey this knowledge to other qualified drivers. You would also have the task of the physical delivery of the vehicle to our customers ensuring that familiarization of the vehicle takes place as well as preparation and completion of all required delivery documentation in collaboration with the sales operations team. You can be expected to assist in vehicle movement and other various events where your expertise will be invaluable. Check in and check out of all DCNA demo vehicles to ensure accurate records of damages and required repairs, and communicate these to sales operations in order to remediate.

Position offers a starting salary range of $78,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Prepare regular reporting of Demo status of vehicles in Jacksonville
  • Document photographically units arrived in FL for use in marketing activities.
  • Conduct driver training with the aim of transferring knowledge pertaining to maximizing vehicle efficiency as well as improved safety
  • Conduct vehicle handovers/check ins (Demos, New sales, Used Sales) professionally ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain updated knowledge base of latest vehicle updates, upgrades and industry knowledge
  • Formulate driver training material, dashboard layouts and handouts for use by customers and the Sales and CSP team.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • A Bachelors degree and 2-4 years of experience, or a high school diploma/ GED and 6-8 years of experience, is required
  • Fine attention to detail & accountability is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge.
  • Computer literacy Across multiple platforms including CRM software (MSOffice/SAP/Novis etc)
  • Independent self-starter, able to master various software platforms with minimal direction.
  • Communication: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong professional conversation etiquette.
  • Time management and organization: master a variety of organization methods, to handle multiple projects at one time and completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity, honesty and accountability.
  • Understanding and ability to explain complex product details and processes, act as a consultant to customers and drivers pertaining to the use of our vehicle offerings
  • An attached resume is required

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • 5 years of relevant experience in automotive / commercial vehicle industry driver and customer engagement role
  • Problem-solving: able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products, programs and orders.
