Dine Brands Quality Assurance (QA) is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Dietitian to oversee nutrition, ingredient, and allergen information across our restaurant menus and digital platforms. This role is instrumental in upholding the accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance of nutrition data presented to guests and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in nutrition, menu labeling standards, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. The primary focus of this position is regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring all menus meet FDA Menu Labeling requirements and other applicable regulations. This includes conducting precise nutrition analyses, managing ingredient and allergen data, coordinating third-party lab testing, and maintaining documentation within our Quality Management System. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to uphold legal standards and mitigate risk across all nutrition-related content. Responsibilities:
