HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM:

The Installation Manager is responsible for coordination and completion of vehicle wash installations as well as supervising a team of installation technicians.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
  • Plan & coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
  • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
  • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
  • Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed.
  • Implement new or modified plans in response to delays, bad weather, or construction site emergencies.
  • Perform, or contract others to perform, pre-building assessments and feasibility assessments.
  • Analyze data to determine project feasibility.
  • Communicate organizational information to customers or other stakeholders.
  • Communicate & implement organizational policies and procedures.
  • Investigate job site accidents.
  • Conduct reviews with Install Technicians.
  • Purchase tools and job site supplies as needed.



Education:




  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience




Experience and/or Training:




  • 3-5 years leadership experience, mechanical and electrical aptitude, a clear understanding of construction processes and resource management



  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to delegate tasks and ensure proper flow of information in the workplace



  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills




Licenses/Certificates:



  • Valid driver's license required


Technology/Equipment: Understanding of inventory management software, project management software or construction management software and ERP systems

Travel Expectations:



  • 15-20% regional travel



PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

This role required Continuous speaking and listening skills, in-person and over the phone. This role requires the ability to stand frequently, sit continuously, bend and twist intermittently and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally. This role requires the ability to comprehend, apply reasoning and decision making continuously, requires the ability to perform math in the form of fractions and decimals frequently and the ability to use the computer continuously. The mental and physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

This position requires the ability to perform work in a variety of settings that vary from quiet and indoor, to cold, slippery and outdoor while traveling to customer locations. Environment can be slippery, wet, loud and chaotic. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.




      The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $97,861 and $124,678 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:



      1. Experience and qualifications: The depth of relevant experience and specific skills you bring to the position.
      2. Education and certifications: Any additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in the role.
      3. Market and industry benchmarks: We compare compensation packages with industry standards to ensure we are competitive.
