The Pediatric Stem Cell Transplant Department is a highly specialized, multidisciplinary program serving patients with a range of complex conditions, including high-risk cancers, bone marrow failure syndromes, immune deficiencies, and rare genetic disorders. They provide seamless support through all phases of care, from pre-transplant evaluation through inpatient treatment, and into long-term survivorship and late effects monitoring. Patient Navigators are essential members of the team, guiding families through the medical, emotional, and logistical aspects of a complex care journey. They act as advocates and liaisons, ensuring timely communication, helping to remove barriers to care, and connecting families with resources tailored to their unique needs. Key Responsibilities:
