Position Overview
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and managing the onboarding process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition and building a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize the recruitment process and cultivate a talent pipeline.
- Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Coordinate pre-employment testing and background checks.
- Manage the new-hire pre-boarding process and facilitate communications.
- Assist in organizing job fairs and recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance in all recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Design Suite experience is a plus.
