Department OverviewAs part of the Global Customer Experience team, the Subscription Center of Excellence is dedicated to improving customer satisfaction and success, implementing best practices, driving operational efficiency and scalability, tracking key subscription KPIs, and innovating business models and go-to-market strategies to drive growth and long-term value for MSI. The COE collaborates closely with all MSI product teams, acting as the central hub and unified voice in all matters related to subscriptions. Job DescriptionThe Program Manager will be responsible for managing key initiatives within our Subscription Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with specific experience in subscription-based business models as a plus. You will play a crucial role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of our subscription programs, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
