Company Description

As Director of Data Science, Consumer Insights - North America, you will lead client solutions efforts that shape how we evolve and enhance our consumer data products. You will work closely with commercial, client success, operations, and the North America DSci MBL team to translate client feedback into prioritized enhancements that improve product performance, usability, and impact.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that client needs are reflected in our data science roadmap. You will help scope and sequence enhancements, align stakeholders, and partner with the Data Science Product Development and Enhancement team to drive execution.

Job Description
  • Partner with commercial, client success, operations, and the North America DSci MBL team to identify and prioritize enhancements based on client feedback and issue investigations

  • Translate findings into clear, actionable data science workstreams that align with business goals

  • Collaborate with the Data Science Product Development and Enhancement team to scope, plan, and implement improvements

  • Ensure enhancements are scalable, operationally feasible, and deliver measurable value to clients

  • Manage client-facing workstreams, helping stakeholders understand changes and their impact

  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the Data Science team, including reviewing work and supporting junior talent

  • Contribute to documentation, training, and process improvement efforts to support scalable delivery

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $92,000 - $150,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
