Project Manager - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)
  • Job Overview
  • The Project Manager at JLL is responsible for the successful delivery of capital improvement projects on a dedicated account. Working under the general supervision of the Director of Project Management, this role contributes to JLL's business objectives by managing the day-to-day efforts related to programming, planning, design, construction, and close out of projects. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meeting all client objectives while adhering to appropriate client and JLL governance. As the primary liaison between clients/users and all other project participants, you will coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and outside jurisdictional agencies.

  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies with detailed methodology
  • Act as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of projects
  • Guide clients through the design implementation process from conceptual planning through construction documentation
  • Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules while managing project performance against milestones
  • Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services and manage the selection process
  • Facilitate critical project meetings and coordination exercises with stakeholders and teams
  • Manage vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Identify, manage and mitigate potential risk areas regarding liabilities and reputation
  • Develop detailed project budgets based on historical data and clearly defined assumptions
  • Coordinate necessary due diligence efforts and maintain appropriate documentation
  • Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in corporate real estate management or construction management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive-level clients
  • High levels of customer service with ability to serve multiple clients simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Detail-oriented approach to project management
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with client representatives
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project administration/accounting positions
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and signoff procedures
  • Experience with vendor selection processes and contract administration
  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules using project management software
  • Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Experience contributing to the development of best practices and standards of excellence
  • Financial management skills to maintain accounts receivable at appropriate levels

    Onsite at Spokane, WA location (The successful candidate will be expected to live in the Spokane area and work on site at the Spokane location)

Estimated total compensation for this position:

90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
