Overview
The Senior Director of Campaign Management will lead a team of channel specialists and project managers responsible for developing and executing a commercially focused Oticon marketing plan into our key sales channels. The Senior Director will be responsible for developing the Oticon marketing plan in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Independent and VA sales leadership) to ensure growth in the business. The US marketing plan executes a combination of the global brand strategy, defines local marketing objectives, KPI framework and relevant/prioritized activities across the business. Furthermore, it gives guidance to the entire marketing team on priorities and success criteria aligned with the sales direction. Focus will be on driving end-to-end product launch designing, planning, and executing with precision, according to segments and business opportunities. This includes owning pre- and post-launch activities, shaping bold messaging, and optimizing the channel mix. The Senior Director will lead working hand-in-hand with the global team on both creative and media, while ensuring local adaptation and seamless alignment across every touchpoint in the marketing organization. The Senior Director is responsible for a content plan to execute brand/sales messaging at the right time, at the right place and to the right audience. The Senior Director must develop and lead a team of highly skilled project managers, channel experts and is overall responsible for channel mix and execution, to reach marketing objectives and contribute to sales with a segmented and targeted approach to optimizing effect and resources. This position requires working on site in our Somerset, NJ office on Tuesday/Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate Oticon marketing plan, across all sales and marketing channels. Including annual roadmap to define what happens when, where and with which key segments
- Lead and empower project managers through coaching and mentorship to drive high-performance marketing in sales channels Independent, VA, Peds.
- Develop and activate Product launch plans, across all channels and including tactical messaging
- Collaborate with the Global team on innovative creative concepts and ensure powerful, on-target execution in local campaigns
- Ensure coherent and consistent messaging across marketing channels and segments
- Develop local media plans in close collaboration with the global team
- Develop, execute and evaluate campaigns based on data and insights. Always in close collaboration with key business stakeholders
- Own and drive marketing excellence in the team and set new marketing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree Preferred. A minimum of 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B organizations; relevant sectors include healthcare and retail. Experience working in global partnerships is highly preferred
- Dynamic leader with a track record of building, guiding, and energizing teams to achieve ambitious goals Stakeholder management skills and experience with top management interaction
- A strong marketing tool-box and reported results with business-driven marketing
- Data and insights focused mind-set
- Hands-on experience expanding and optimizing digital channels within the marketing mix
- Demonstrated success in planning, launching, and activating high-impact marketing campaigns and product introductions
- Ability and desire to take full ownership of projects and drive them to completion
- Excellent at stakeholder management and top management interactions.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within marketing and sales, encouraging collaboration
- Strong leadership skills will be needed to ensure cross-functional collaboration and coordination in achievement of agreed-upon priorities.
This role works out of the office but may be asked to work at home and/or be remote at times. You will need the following when working from home:

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $157,500 to $225,000 per year; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges.
