We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Associate Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for booking requests and to kickstart our transportation and logistics processes. In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries, process orders with precision, and ensure seamless coordination between our internal teams and external partners. Your Role: Connect, Process, Support Bringing accuracy, communication, and care to every customer interaction. Customer Engagement - Answer incoming calls, monitor incoming emails, and take prompt, effective action to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Order Processing - Accurately enter new orders and shipment details into tracking systems; trace shipments with carriers and vendors; and maintain up-to-date, thorough records in proprietary databases. Documentation & Organization - Scan and manage documents in our Document Management System; prepare and distribute mail, faxes, and messages; and assemble presentations or information packets as needed. Coordination & Scheduling - Update schedules, logs, and tasks daily; assist in coordinating dispatch activities including driver instructions, delivery confirmations, and follow-ups with customers. KPI & Service Standards - Maintain department key performance indicators and customer satisfaction ratings through timely, accurate, and professional execution of responsibilities. What You Bring to the Team A commitment to service excellence, accuracy, and teamwork. Education - High school diploma or equivalent (HSED) required. Experience - At least 1 year of customer service experience, with transportation or logistics industry experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; typing speed of 35 WPM with ten-key by touch; strong verbal, written, and listening skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry; and excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
