Full-time, Hourly Hourly Range: $15.75 - $23.63 Job Summary This position serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking to utilize the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office to submit payment and schedule court appearances for MCSO-issued parking citations, retrieve traffic and accident reports, and submit legal documents for service. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of office/customer service principles, methods, and practices; oral and written communication skills; analytical skills, basic math skills, skill in data entry and in using a personal computer. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime with a potential for frequent interruptions. Must be able to multi-task. This position requires a high aptitude in MS Word & Excel in order to maintain a high level of productivity. Professionally communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds & temperaments. Make adequate decisions according to policies and procedures without constant supervision. Ability to proficiently answer calls and provide accurate information without providing legal advice or personal opinion.
