EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager- Sage Intacct who will be responsible for managing implementation projects, reviewing business process flows, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and implementing Sage Intacct financial management and accounting software for clients. Performs responsibilities related to ensuring client satisfaction through all stages of the implementation lifecycle.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Develops and maintains deep expertise in Sage Intacct, including attending trainings, obtaining certifications, and staying current on product updates and complementary solutions.

  • Leads and supports all phases of software implementation, from project planning and requirements gathering to configuration, data conversion, and post-go-live support.

  • Collaborates with clients to analyze business needs, translate functional requirements, and deliver tailored system solutions that improve and automate accounting processes.

  • Delivers training and documentation to support client understanding of system functionality, standard operating procedures, and ongoing software usage.

  • Builds strong client relationships, ensures satisfaction by managing expectations, meeting deadlines, and proactively addressing concerns.

  • Manages user acceptance testing and quality assurance, ensuring deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with client goals.

  • Troubleshoots and resolves client issues, prioritizing support requests, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining system integrity.

  • Identifies process improvement opportunities, contributes to internal collaboration, and supports team members to ensure high-quality, efficient service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in fields related to Business, Sales, Marketing, or computer-related field is required.

  • 7-10 years in accounting roles, accounting system support, and/or accounting system implementation along with managing projects in a professional environment is required.

Preferred/Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience with cloud-based accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

  • Capacity to perform at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to Sage Intacct or similar financial management software applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle NetSuite.

  • Experience with general accounting concepts and processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

  • Experience with specific accounting financial management processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, and record to report.

  • Comfortable with technology and capable of learning and working effectively with various software applications.

  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting timeframes.

  • Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in business and technical environments. Strong writing and presentation skills are required.

  • Professionally and appropriately communicate with a diverse group of individuals and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.

  • High degree of professionalism including the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information.

  • Positive attitude and work well independently and within teams.

  • Highly organized and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative, and continuously changing environment.

  • Technically proficient to perform at an intermediate or advanced level with software tools including, but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • May be required to work extended hours during the work week and/or on weekends as needed.

  • May be required to travel and work from different firm and client locations.

85000

and

150000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
