Job Summary
The College of Nursing is seeking a TES Academic Counselor to join its Student Services team. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, promoting, and delivering student-centered programs and services that support the success and well-being of nursing students
Essential Functions

  • Develops, implements, and evaluates student-focused services and programs.
  • Collaborates with departments, committees, and individuals throughout the University to advance and enhance the effectiveness of the service or program.
  • Develops and coordinates effective educational outreach, marketing, and training strategies and materials.
  • Develops and manages reports and information used to enhance service or program effectiveness.
  • Provides support to other Nursing student services initiatives as needed.
  • May assist with budget responsibilities for a program.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in advising, counseling, student affairs, education, student programming, orientation, or related field.
