We have a job opening and exciting opportunity for a full-time Coordinator - Federal Government Contracts in any Concordance location. The Coordinator - Federal Government Contracts will lead the preparation and submission of winning proposals for our Federal Government Division. In this role, the Coordinator will work with cross-functional team members to manage the proposal development process. The position involves sales data compilation, market research, pricing analysis and any other work pertaining to the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and Distribution & Pricing Agreement (DAPA) administration. This role will successfully communicate and collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders including Customer Enrichment, Sales, Contracts, Supplier Relations, Procurement, Operations and other subject matter experts, as needed. This role serves as a primary contact when working with government contracting officers on new product additions, pricing changes, and contract modifications. This person is also responsible for the back-end processes required to publish contract information/products/pricing for customer access.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include managing the different needs of stakeholders connected to the Federal Government market (sales staff, customers, other internal functional areas). This person will need to work hand-in-hand with the Government Account Managers and Directors to help Concordance achieve its business and customer service goals, providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.



  • Develop relationships and excellent lines of communication with all supporting Concordance functional areas/departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Contracts, Purchasing and Operations, as needed to complete a project and/or resolve an issue.
  • Interact with suppliers to obtain necessary information for contract proposals/modifications.
  • Attend meetings with sales counterparts and other internal partners via conference calls or in person.
  • Provide data support for various government contracts and billing requirements.
  • Support the Federal Government sales team:

    • Compile internal data/cost information needed for successful bid/proposal submission.
    • Vendor communication and coordination of projects.
    • Order disposition and tracking, product sourcing and substitutions, general account management.


  • Assist with data collection and submission of required government sales reporting (ex. FAS reporting for the FSS contract).
  • Collaborate with Contracts and Accounts Receivable Departments to review and correct pricing discrepancies/issues with Government contract customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.



What You will Need to be Successful:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree or higher in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales / Supporting role in similar business environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Leadership skills and project management experience are strongly desired.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as with Contracting officers and supplier/vendor contacts.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. You will be a member of a team, but will be responsible for taking the initiative to learn and understand new areas of our business.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) knowledge is required.
  • Demonstrated excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; and ability to speak in front of large groups.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of supply chain and how Concordance's general business/framework operates.
  • With the possibility of a work from home hybrid model (in office part of the week and remote part of the week).
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.

  • This role is located in any Concordance location.


Compensation: $45,760 - $60,900 salary.
