Inside Sales Representative - Panasonic

As an Inside Sales Representative you will:

  • Proactively engage in outbound calling to potential customers using curated lead lists. Focus on initiating contact, introducing the company's offerings, and generating interest to build a strong sales pipeline. Maintain a high volume of daily calls with professionalism and persistence.
  • Build rapport with prospects and existing clients through consistent, value-driven communication. Foster trust and credibility by understanding customer goals and aligning them with company solutions, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
  • Collect and document key customer data including contact details, business needs, decision-making processes, and timelines. Ensure accurate and thorough input into CRM systems to support sales strategy and follow-up efforts.
  • Ask insightful questions and actively listen to identify customer pain points, challenges, and objectives. Use this information to tailor conversations and position relevant products or services that address specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers by qualifying leads, setting appointments, and providing detailed background information. Act as a liaison to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

You will work specifically with our Panasonic line of rugged computing products, including TOUGHBOOK laptops, tablets and handhelds, i-Pro in-car video, body-worn cameras, and accessories. In this role, you will utilize prospecting skills to create and develop relationships with new public safety agencies and businesses, match solutions to meet their needs, and successfully negotiate and close business.
