iQ Credit Union is a great place to work and grow and we're looking for people like you to join our exceptional team. At iQ, you'll find a healthy work-life balance, great benefits, an unwavering commitment to our members and the communities we serve, and a positive environment that empowers you to grow personally and professionally. We love where we work and we know you will, too!

The Marketing & Product Analyst plays a central role in advancing the credit union's growth strategy by transforming data into meaningful stories that drive action. This role focuses on both marketing and product analytics, identifying trends and delivering insights that improve member acquisition, engagement, and retention. Works cross-functionally to help others understand and act on data, supporting informed decision-making across the organization. Leads the execution of member feedback surveys and shares insights with management to inform strategic discussions.

Essential Duties:

  • Gather, organize, and analyze data from marketing platforms, CRM systems, the data warehouse, and analytics tools. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Track and analyze trends in member behavior, acquisition, retention, product usage, and campaign performance (including ROI, engagement, and channel effectiveness) to inform marketing and product strategies.
  • Evaluate key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), product adoption rates, and member profitability to identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment with member needs and preferences.
  • Compile and present data clearly, enabling stakeholders to interpret and act on insights effectively. Supports decision-making by translating complex data into digestible formats, using visualizations and narrative to ensure understanding across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage ongoing member feedback programs (e.g.,NPS, CSAT), analyze results, and share meaningful insights that help teams understand member sentiment and improve experiences.
  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies by analyzing member data to define audience criteria for campaigns and workflows that enable more effective, personalized outreach.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to keep leadership informed of industry trends and opportunities. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership that support innovation, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a key data resource for the Marketing and Product teams, supporting initiatives that enhance member experience and drive growth. Act as a liaison between the Marketing department and the Business Analyst team to ensure alignment of priorities, strategy, and business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality across marketing systems, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools, working with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor dashboards and automated reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and to identify significant trends, changes, or opportunities. Flag these findings to relevant stakeholders, enabling Marketing and Product leaders to focus on executing strategies and addressing opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of potential credit union site locations, relocations, and closures including demographic studies, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify optimal sites for business expansion and operations.
  • Demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge applicable to this position and understand and comply with government regulations with particular emphasis on the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US Patriot Act and related regulations.
  • Actively participate and fulfill expectations in the Credit Union Email Security Awareness Program as outlined in the Information Security Program Acknowledgement document.
