Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst - FX with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Work with FX traders, sales and operations teams on requirement gathering and analysis using Visio, Jira, Excel and PowerPoint Assist developers, QA team and production support in ongoing development, end to end testing, production related issues Demo end products to business partners, coordinate technical implementation discussions, and publish release notes Run meetings with business partners and other groups across the bank to gather requirements Clearly document the high-level requirements from the business Write detailed stories and acceptance criteria for Development to code to and QA to use as the basis for their test cases Requirements: 7+ years of experience in FX or investment banking as a Technical Business Analyst Knowledge of FX trade booking (market orders and request for quote), settlement, and trade reversals Ability to keep asking the right questions until you get all the details behind a one sentence business requirement Forward thinking, able to understand what impact do changes have on different groups within FX (Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office) Experience performing data analysis using Oracle and SQL Experience MS O365 including SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in an Agile environment and experience with Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
