The Role

Our new Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical Recruitment) will play a crucial role in scaling our engineering and other technical teams, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will act as a true business partner, developing effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while understanding their complex and unique talent and business needs.

What Will You Do?



  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle (including talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance) with a particular focus on mid-to-senior level technical roles (e.g. software engineers)
  • Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies that lead to quality hires.
  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement in order to represent AXS as an employer of choice.
  • Develop/follow structured hiring processes that include behavioral and technical interviewing
  • Implement creative talent strategies to build strong, diverse pipelines and fill hiring gaps efficiently.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruiting tactics and enhance hiring success.
  • Build and maintain strong supportive and positive relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.


What Will You Bring?



  • 4+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment with a specific focus on technical roles (i.e. software engineering)
  • A customer-oriented mindset, ensuring both candidates and hiring managers have a exemplary experience.
  • A master relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills and a high level of initiative.
  • Possesses and exudes a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • High level of emotional and social intelligence
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated business acumen.
  • Willingness to handle non-technical roles when the business need arises



Pay Scale: $74,949 - $80,000

Bonus: (If applicable This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.)
