YOUR IMPACT: The role reports to the Manager Revenue Operations and provides operational support and analysis to the AMER SMB SVP Corporate, Mid-Market, and Strategic sales teams, focused on sales process excellence, while also being an interface into the corporate operations, billing operations, and compensation teams. Responsibilities include ensuring corporate sales processes are understood, communicated and practiced, building and executing effective reports and preparing thoughtful analysis on trends, and may include being a participant in continuous sales process improvement initiatives centered around forecasting, reporting & analysis, and sales processes and best practices. A critical success factor in this role will be the ability to provide efficient support to the sales organization, and to communicate and work collaboratively with other groups across the global OpenText organization. This job is expected to pay a minimum of $60,600.00 /annum in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.
