Join Macquarie's Transaction and Account Management team in the Specialised and Asset Finance division as a Senior Associate, Transaction and Account Management Specialist. In this role, you will support the North American Specialised and Asset Finance Lending and Asset Finance business, which provides asset finance for a diverse range of business-critical assets, tailoring solutions to deliver specific outcomes for our clients. Specialised and Asset Finance is a global provider of specialist finance and asset management solutions across: Lending & Asset Finance; Shipping and Structured Lending.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will be responsible for loan and lease administration and the ongoing operational management of business transactions from conception to maturity. This involves the coordination of client onboarding, settlements and funding, booking of positions in our systems, Loan IQ and Oracle Lease Management, and the implementation of processes and platform solutions for ongoing portfolio management.
Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $110,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • 2 years + experience in an operations or administrative role. Experience reviewing loan and lease documentation for booking purposes is an advantage
  • Prior experience with Loan IQ, Oracle Lease Management and payment settlement mechanics is an advantage, but not essential
  • High accuracy, strong numeracy, and excellent attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and as part of a dynamic and global team.
