Applications for this position will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Salesforce Inc. seeks Technical Architect in San Francisco, CA: Job Duties: Serve as a trusted advisor to the client. Identify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serving as an active contributor to the community's overall knowledge base and expertise. Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners. Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track, while ensuring solutions are extendable and maintainable going forward. Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs. Contribute to a program vision while advising and articulating program/project strategies on enabling technologies including the Salesforce Platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements. Translate business requirements into technical solutions to be implemented on Salesforce. Design data models, business flows, integration flows, and system architecture for scalability. Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards like HIPAA. Create detailed technical design documents and diagrams. Present architecture decisions to the architect review board of the client for various solutions and recommended solutions toproblems. ^HQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, and 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field. A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering (any field)). Special Skill Requirements: Two (2) years of experience using the following: (1) DevOps; (2) Technical architecture; (3) System Architecture; (4) Pharma Industry experience; (5) JavaScript; (6) Apex; (7) Lightning Web Components; (8) Code Design Patterns; (9) Integration patterns; (10) data modeling. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May travel to various, unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Salary: $168,397.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.
