Key Responsibilities
- Manage and activate sports marketing partnerships directly and via key telecommunications providers, ensuring alignment with joint value propositions and market goals.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with professional sports teams, leagues, and event partners to ensure seamless collaboration and high-impact activations.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging partnership assets, including in-stadium signage, digital media, hospitality, athlete endorsements, and social content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sports partnerships with brand strategy, customer engagement efforts, demand generation, and sales enablement.
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance against brand awareness, engagement, and business impact KPIs.
- Coordinate planning and logistics with local Field Marketing and Sales teams for sports-related events, hospitality opportunities, and customer experiences.
- Coordinate with telecommunications partners on joint go-to-market plans, funding (MDF/COOP), and execution strategies for sports-related campaigns and events.
- Support contract negotiations and renewals by analyzing asset value and usage effectiveness.
- Serve as the internal ambassador for sports partnerships, keeping stakeholders informed and energized about upcoming campaigns, opportunities, and results.
Qualifications
- B.A. in communications, marketing or business preferred
- 8+ years of Partner marketing, B2B marketing, Campaign Development, Advertising, PR, Corp Comms or related field with experience supporting Telecommunications and/or Sports team partnerships.
- Effective project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and communicate globally across position levels.
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic with strong problem-solving skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
