*HYBRID in Indianapolis, IN* *Manual QA Tester* *Top Skills' Required:* 1. Manual Testing- UAT, E2E Testing 2. Advanced Excel (Lookups, Table Prioritization) 3. A background in Finance/IT Audits. SPIF(sales performance incentive funds) or ICM (incentive compensation) tool knowledge would be a huge plus but not required. *Description* This spot will need to sit on site in downtown Indianapolis 4 days/week. There could be flexibility down to 3 days/week as a possibility. This team is about 20-30% in the process of migrating to an internal SPIF tool. There will likely be at least another 1-2 years to wrap up this migration and this role will be critical in helping in that process. Having a domain background knowledge in Incentive/Sales Compensation applications would be a big bonus. The other domain is just Finance/IT Audits in general. The other most important background is just a strong manual testing technical experience. They highly leverage Excel and he specifically mentioned V/H Lookups and table prioritization Also having basic SQL would be great. Essential Functions: Test Coordinator to manage and oversee UAT, E2E testing, and Parallel Processing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with external teams. Perform QA testing for code changes in Xactly Incent, Xactly Connect, and internal compensation tools Prepare test scripts, set up test data, and execute test cases Identify, report, and track bugs through resolution Capture and document test results, ensuring compliance with Finance and IT audits *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
