Job Summary

The Customer Experience Specialist is a proactive and strategic champion for our customers, focused on optimizing every interaction to drive satisfaction and trust. This role goes beyond reactive support, actively identifying opportunities to improve processes, lead impactful CX projects, and foster internal team morale that enhances service delivery.

Primary Duties

  • Proactively analyze existing customer journeys and internal workflows to identify inefficienciesand areas for strategic improvement.
  • Design, propose, and implement streamlined processes and solutions that enhance customer touchpoints and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives across all customer-facing departments.
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at enhancing aspects of the customer experience; initial conception throughexecution and post-launch analysis.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate resources and collaborate with cross-functional teamsto ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop resources that enhance their ability to deliver exceptional service.
  • Advocate for a customer-first mindset throughout the organization, facilitating workshops or sharing insights to improve team morale and empower employees to contribute positively to the customer experience.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex customer data and feedback to uncover insight into customer behavior and preferences.
  • Develop reports and presentations on customer experience performance, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Act as an internal advocate for employees, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to delight customers.

Qualifications


  • Proven track record of collaborating with diverse internal teams and influencing positive change.





  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects





  • Proficient in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive meaningful insights and present compelling findings.





  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.





  • Highly adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, challenging environment.



Education / Experience


  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on process improvement, project coordination, or strategic customer experience initiatives.





  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.





  • Proven track record of collaborating with diverse internal teams and influencing positive change.
