Job Overview: Own day-to-day warranty claims oversight and the health of our warranty-management systems to drive cost control, data integrity, and a best-in-class customer experience across the Americas. Responsibilities Administration : Review, code, and adjudicate claims in line with policy, verifying labor, parts, and failure data Assign failure modes / responsibility and request goodwill exceptions when warranted. Communicate with dealers & service partners to correct errors and close claims quickly. System & Process Management: Administer the Managed Warranty Service (MWS) platform; configure rules, user setups, and releases. Drive auto-processing rates and ease of use while safeguarding claim integrity. Lead small enhancement projects; document and roll out new workflows / guidelines. Data Analytics & Quality Feedback: Produce monthly dashboards showing trends, cost drivers, and emerging quality issues. Build predictive models to flag outliers and support corrective actions with Quality & Engineering. Monitor for abuse / negligence and escalate findings. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with global warranty, ISC Quality, and Product teams to standardize processes and feed design-for-reliability initiatives. Train service centers, customers, and channel partners on system use and policy updates. Contribute voice-of-customer insights to NPDI and CAPA projects. Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing Document SOPs, FAQs, and video tutorials; onboard new dealers/admins. Propose and champion process or system improvements that reduce cycle time or cost.
