FieldBridge Energy seeks a MI Drilling Fluids Specialist in Maurice, LA work for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + Benefits. Pay / Schedule: $55 per hour, 14 days on / 14 days off, 12-hour offshore shifts with significant overtime. Overview: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious MI Drilling Fluids Specialist to join our operations team. This role is essential for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drilling fluids, with 5+ years of experience for Junior-level roles and 10+ years for Senior-level roles. Key Responsibilities: Ensure job deliverables are completed accurately and delivered on time Execute service delivery for drilling fluids while managing operational risks Identify service improvement opportunities and implement standard work practices Participate in job risk assessments and ongoing improvement initiatives Develop strong customer relationships and promote company products and services Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections Participate in Service Quality Meetings and implement performance-enhancing action plans Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) protocols Wear proper PPE and maintain required safety training Support HSE and quality initiatives across all operations Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Junior Level: Minimum 5 years of drilling fluids experience Senior Level: Minimum 10 years of drilling fluids experience Strong knowledge of drilling fluids systems and field applications Ability to work independently in high-pressure field environments Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and level Opportunities for growth and advancement Industry-leading training and resources A collaborative, safety-first work culture
