How you will make history here... Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for scheduling work orders on a daily and weekly basis - plans work in coordination with production needs; schedules against mechanic availability; and captures all work accomplished in the plant in the CMMS (SAP) system. The Maintenance Planner is also responsible for initiation of work orders in SAP; planning work; scheduling the work; and capturing data from completed work orders in SAP. This position will have ownership of the facility's Preventative Maintenance (PM) Program and will lead the plant to a World Class PM Program, partnering with internal and external resources. He / She will support the function of the plant maintenance group by developing job plans and continual review/evaluate data from downtime and stockroom reports to determine the most critical focus. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $77,100-$110,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
