Description Home Health and HospiceNursing Summary: The Quality Review Coordinator role is responsible for accurate ICD code assignments for Home Health and Hospice services. This role will also assist with continuous quality improvement activities in the agency and provide training to staff. This role is focused primarily on hospice care and is based out of our Brunswick office. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
