The Opportunity:

The Adobe Enterprise Marketing team is looking for a Principal, Enterprise Sports Marketing Campaigns, reporting directly to the Director, Sports Marketing & Innovation. You will develop marketing & technology enterprise campaigns with premier sports organizations (i.e. NFL, MLB, etc.), that enhance brand visibility, drives fan engagement, and maximize Adobe impact across all sports-related platforms. You will have experience with integrated sports marketing campaigns - orchestrating moments that matter across the web, social, paid media, brand, PR, partners, advertising & experiential events, connecting league cultural moments to showcase how Adobe technology is helping sports organizations use AI to power the next generation fan experience. You will have proficiency working with enterprise technology partners (MSFT, AWS, Deloitte etc.) to scale the reach and impact of your sports marketing campaigns. Must have strong experience working with sports organizations, creativity and technical prowess to emphasize the power of AI in customer experiences, and a deep passion for sports.

What you will do:

Develop Enterprise Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise sports marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, drive fan engagement, and maximize Adobe impact across all sports-related platforms and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with the Global Sports Marketing team on end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns-spanning content, web, social, media, advertising and tentpole events.

  • Lead Adobe Enterprise campaign planning cycles, from annual partnership calendars to real-time activations around major tentpole sporting events (Super Bowl, World Series, etc.).

  • Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology Partners like AWS, Microsoft etc. to scale impact and reach of campaigns.

  • Partner with Executive Marketing team to leverage Sports Partnerships to create "bucket list" experiences for C Suite Executives

  • Align regional and global stakeholders to ensure message consistency and cultural relevance in every market.

  • Collaborate with Adobe Content Labs on developing immersive activations that helps bring the value of Adobe Enterprise technology to life across our sports partnerships.

  • Present regular strategy, plan and performance readouts to Adobe marketing & sales executives

  • Manage complex marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation, develop performance dashboards to measure reach, impact & ROI on high-impact initiatives.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise marketing.

  • Proven track record developing integrated marketing campaigns with sports organizations required.

  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams, ability to lead & influence without direct authority.

  • Strong experience working with sports organizations, creativity and technical prowess to emphasize the power of AI in customer experiences required.

  • Strong storytelling and executive-facing communication skills.

  • Location: New York-based highly preferred to support strategic alignment with key Sports Partners headquarters in NYC.

Travel Expectation:

20% annually, with peak activity during key tentpole events, regular sports league HQ meetings, Adobe Summit, and internal field alignment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,600 -- $250,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
