Summary:

The Senior Associate Director, Foundation, is responsible for building and advancing corporate and major gift relationships through prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. This role effectively represents the hospital to a broad constituency, including community members, foundations, corporations, friends, and grateful families. The Senior Associate Director will manage complex prospects and donors, ensuring the development and maintenance of meaningful and lasting philanthropic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of five (5) years in event planning, fundraising, communications or related experience, with 2 years minimum project management experience
• Must have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft products
• Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication confidentiality and public speaking skills
• Must have own transportation (to travel to events)

Salary Range: Minimum 40.18/hour - Maximum 64.28/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
