Job Description

Danfoss has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate at our Cleveland, TN location.Warehouse Associates are responsible for the movement (receive, stock, pick, package and ship) of products to maintain inventory in the warehouse and to fill customer orders. All Warehouse Associates flex to different areas within the warehouse as business need requires.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:



  • Receive, stock, pull, package, label, palletize, weigh and ship products to maintain inventory in the warehouse and to pull/fill orders for shipments to customers accurately and on time.
  • Operate and read hand-held RF Unit to ascertain part number, quantity and location of products.
  • Determine product and location in order to count and pull the correct amount of product to accurately fill orders.
  • Quickly read and understand shop orders and ascertain part numbers and quantities needed per each package.
  • Accurately package and label each carton/package.
  • Count and bag parts per quantity specified on the order and label bags with part number & quantity.
  • Retrieve/pull product from bins or shelves.

Background & Skills

Required (Basic) Qualifications



  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required
  • One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment for warehouse facility.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must be local - no relocation offered


Job Criteria



  • Repetitive bending and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
