*Overview:*
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic *Mergers & Acquisitions* (M&A) Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across multiple cross-functional workstreams, with a key focus on *application and technology integration*. This role is ideal for a highly organized, solutions-driven professional who excels at managing complexity, aligning stakeholders, and driving results in a matrixed environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee full lifecycle project management of M&A initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget parameters. * Lead application and technology integration efforts, with a deep understanding of system dependencies and post-merger harmonization goals. * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using MS Project or similar tools; track milestones, mitigate risks, and escalate issues appropriately. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, clarify roles, and maintain effective communication. * Manage vendor engagements and SOWs related to integration activities. * Ensure compliance with organizational governance processes and project delivery methodologies. *Technical Skills & Tools:* * Expertise in MS Project and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint essential). * Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool experience (e.g., Project Online or Server) strongly preferred. * Proven track record managing project budgets ranging from $500K to $5M. * Strong background in integrating IT systems and handling InfoStack complexities in post-merger environments. * Ability to manage cross-site and offshore teams across multiple concurrent projects. *Non-Technical & Leadership Competencies:* * Exceptional communicator: adept at tailoring messaging to diverse audiences. * Strategic thinker: skilled in storytelling, engagement models, and visualizing end-to-end impacts. * Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to maintain clarity in fast-paced or high-stakes situations. * Demonstrated business acumen: partnership-focused, not task-centric. * Exhibits leadership courage with a balanced approach to influence and persuasion. * Comfortable navigating ambiguity and applying frameworks like SBAR (Situation, Background, Analysis, Recommendation) to decision-making. * Committed to mentorship and developing junior talent within the project team. *Qualifications:* * 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a matrixed enterprise or consultancy environment. * PMP certification strongly preferred. * Deep understanding of PMI talent triangle principles-technical project management, leadership, and strategic business management. *Preferred Experience:* * Application and system integration during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr.
