As an Editor/Producer for Podcasts, you'll join a group of publishing professionals within the Global Publishing team, which is part of the Firm's Reach and Engagement function. Our publishing team focuses on supporting authors to develop powerful editorial products that will make an impact on our many audiences.
You'll work with highly-skilled McKinsey colleagues - typically senior consultants and industry/functional experts - from around the world to develop and publish distinctive content across digital and print platforms. As an editor, you'll become fluent in McKinsey's production-related processes and resources, with strong editing, fact-checking, and content management support to build publishing efforts.
You will be a member of the Audience Development & Innovation team. You will stay up-to-date on business news and trends, as well as the Firm's research, to ensure communications are in touch with current public discussion/research and aligned with the Firm's position and drive engagement across platforms. You may be asked to engage in additional ad hoc email and other editorial projects. Your Growth
