This role is within CG's Marketing function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) be a world-class B2B marketer with a proven playbook for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers to drive both revenue and LTV; (ii) develop and drive a multi-year, transformational marketing strategy and guide the execution to achieve business goals; Oversee quarterly and annual strategic planning for B2B marketing ensuring effective prioritization, reporting and analytics and resource management / budgeting and (iii) drive top of the funnel and conversion of revenue pipeline of highly qualified leads and drive greater share of wallet that can effectively support the growth objectives for the company and (iv) grow share in and through distribution and dealer channel programs. Education requirements include: BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; Experience requirements include: 10+ years of experience with some in a SaaS business selling enterprise solutions; experience leading a performance marketing team in a subscription-based (or recurring transactional) business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive a multi-year, transformational marketing strategy and guide the execution to achieve business goals; Oversee quarterly and annual strategic planning for B2B marketing ensuring effective prioritization, reporting and analytics and resource management / budgeting

  • Define key customer segments and the ideal customer profile that offers appropriate scale, profitable growth, and the highest Long-Term-Value

  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified leads and drive greater share of wallet and recurring revenue that can effectively support the growth objectives for the company

  • Grow share in distribution and dealer/installer channels through effective marketing programs

  • Contributes and/or leads cross functional working groups to create, implement and assess account-based marketing tactics to attract identified key accounts successfully and effectively

  • Design and deploy integrated programs using the full range of marketing channels including paid media, web/digital, social media, referral marketing, account-based marketing, and PR

  • Develop and manage a performance dashboard with a wide range of campaign measures, including revenue, CPL, CPA, and overall ROI

  • Retain, mentor, and build a world-class B2B marketing team capable of supporting the transformation of the business; identify and recruit top talent and drive strong performance by leading and developing the team

  • Direct prioritization and allocation of resources and budgets for all B2B marketing initiatives

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

  • Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members

  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policies

  • Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communications

  • Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CGI mission, vision and values.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; Master's or MBA preferred

  • 10+ years of experience with some in a SaaS business selling enterprise solutions; ideally experience leading aperformance marketing team in a subscription-based (or recurring transactional) marketing-driven business. Experience managing vendor and agencies and/or internal creative teams.

  • Performance Marketing -ensure the effective utilization of marketing resources by demonstrating qualitative and quantitative ROIB2B Marketing - Lead gen and nurture, content, collateral, events, SEO/SEM, display, sales enablement

  • Customer Journey Mapping-develop segment level personas and messaging for a complex buyer's journey Digital Marketing - Skilled at leveraging the full complement of digital marketing tools

  • Channel Marketing-Deep experience in developing sound channel marketing strategies selling to and through a complex channel ecosystem Innovation - Proven experience launching new products into new channels and markets

  • Capability-Building - Success building functional capabilities and training others

  • Technology - Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Pardot, ABM platforms, Google Analytics, CDP experience

  • Agency - Experience managing vendor and agencies and/or internal creative teams

  • Demonstrated ability as a B2B marketer with a proven playbook for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers through direct marketing channels to build a customer base and drive revenue and LTV

  • Quantitative mindset coupled with a creative flair and an ability to think outside the box.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time mainly in North America

The payrange for this position is $159,500.00 - $257,000.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
