What's next in your Survey career? V3 is currently looking for experienced Survey Project Managers to join our team! This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as you will be interacting with internal team members and external clients. In addition, you must be able to work independently as well as in a team-based environment while managing several major project activities at once.

General Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in business development activities to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Prepare various surveys including Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Route, Residential, and Construction.
  • Manage survey projects from setup through completion.
  • Bid new projects and create/write proposals.
  • Manage client interaction.
  • Maintain project budgets and collections.
  • Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.
  • May perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have 7+ years of land surveying experience.
  • Professional licensure in Colorado is required.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D with experience in preparing Boundary, Platting, and Topographic Surveys, and an ability to competently prepare construction surveying calculations.
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within the survey team and with other disciplines working on the same project(s).
  • Ability and willingness to travel for short periods of time.
  • Possess and maintain a current driver's license in good standing.
